At this time we require a minimum of twenty guests and a maximum of one hundred guests for plated entrees.
Scallops & Crab Mozzarella Sea scallops and fresh Maine Crabmeat in a creamy butter, lemon, and sherry sauce,
topped with Mozzarella cheese and baked until golden brown. Served with wild rice.
Seafood Trio Haddock, Scallops, and Shrimp broiled to perfection in white wine, butter, garlic,
and lemon juice. Served with wild rice.
Baked Stuffed Haddock Made with our own crabmeat, shrimp, and lobster stuffing topped with a lobster sauce.
Caramelized Salmon Filet Fresh salmon filet rubbed with seasoned cane sugar and spices then pan seared until caramelized; served atop wild rice and asparagus.
Chicken Parmesan Boneless chicken breast breaded and topped with Marinara sauce and Provolone cheese,
then baked to a golden brown. Served with pasta marinara.
