At this time we require a minimum of twenty guests and a maximum of
one hundred guests for plated entrees.
Seafood Trio Haddock, Scallops, and Shrimp broiled to perfection in white wine, butter, garlic,
and lemon juice. Served with wild rice.
Baked Stuffed Haddock Fresh Atlantic Haddock, stuffed with a crab stuffing baked and served with a
silky smooth lobster cream sauce.
Caramelized Salmon Filet Fresh salmon filet rubbed with seasoned ginger sugar and spices then pan seared until caramelized; served atop wild rice and vegetables.
Chicken Parmesan A fresh breast of chicken, pan seared with parmesan, topped with provolone cheese. Served with our own marinara and fettuccini pasta.
Chicken Cordon BleuA fresh breast of chicken stuffed with domestic ham and imported
Swiss cheese and oven baked.

and wild mushrooms.

Filet MignonAn 8 oz. choice beef tenderloin filet char broiled to perfection topped with Bleu Cheese
compound butter and demi glace.
Lucerne Inn Delight (Filet & Lobster)A juicy 8 oz. filet of beef topped with a fresh piece of Maine lobster, finsihed with

All entress include garden salad, hot seasonal vegetable, and chef's choice of starch. Caesar salad is available for an additional fee.
