The Lucerne Inn offers 30 guest rooms and suites in six unique options. Scenic views of the countryside are just the beginning of the perks that will delight you during your stay. Featuring the warmth and coziness of a 200 plus year old farmhouse, each of our room options merges timeless New England charm with the comforts found in modern day hotels.
While each room has been individually decorated with antique furnishings and artwork, what they have in common are thoughtful comforts like free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs with cable. Our rooms feature seasonal fireplaces (Turned off from May through Early Fall) and beautiful views.
Rollaway cots and portable cribs are available; it is recommended you make arrangements in advance due to limited supply. A $25.00 charge (plus tax) per night applies to each rollaway cot or crib rented.
Our Inn is pet friendly, but please keep in mind we have a limited number of pet friendly rooms available. There is a $25/night fee (with maximum charge of $100). Please contact us for further information.
You have up to 48 hours prior to your arrival to change your reservation, or to cancel for a full refund. Should you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival, we will retain a deposit equal to one night’s room charge plus tax for each of the rooms you have reserved.

Overlooking the surrounding forest and hills, your Economy Room can accommodate two people and features a seasonal fireplace and private bathroom. A third person can be accommodated with the request of a rollaway bed ($25/night). Like the rest of the inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture, and impressive colonial architecture.

FAMILY DOUBLE
Overlooking the surrounding forest and hills and the Inn’s patio and pool area, your Double Double Room accommodates four people and features two double beds, fireplace, private bathroom and incredible views (view is obstructed from May1 till Mid October). A fifth person can be accommodated with the request of a rollaway bed($25 per night). Like the rest of the Inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture and impressive colonial architecture.

DELUXE QUEEN
Overlooking the surrounding forest and hills and the Inn’s patio and pool area, your Deluxe Queen Room can accommodate two people and features one queen-sized bed, fireplace, private bathroom and incredible views. A third person can be accommodated with the request of a rollaway bed($25 per night). Like the rest of the Inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture and impressive colonial architecture. All rooms also feature a TV, nightstands and unique furniture individually fitting the personality and space of each room.

JR SUITE
Overlooking the surrounding forest and hills and the Inn’s patio and pool area, your Junior Suite accommodates three people and features a Queen bed, pull out sofa, fireplace, private bathroom and incredible views. Overlooking Phillips Lake and the surrounding forest and hills (actual room appearance/view may change from picture shown), your King Suite accommodates three people and features a King bed, pull out sofa, fireplace, private bathroom and lake views. A fourth person can be accommodated with the request of a rollaway bed($25 per night). Like the rest of the Inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture and impressive colonial architecture. All rooms also feature a TV, nightstands and unique furniture individually fitting the personality and space of each room.

DELUXE FAMILY SUITE
Overlooking Phillips Lake, the surrounding forest and hills and the Inn’s patio and pool area, your Deluxe Family Suite accommodates five people and features two Queen beds, pull out sofa, fireplace, private bathroom and lake views. A sixth person can be accommodated with the request of a roll away bed($25 per night). This suite does have access to a shared balcony. Only accessible via 3 flights of steps, no elevator access. Like the rest of the Inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture and impressive colonial architecture. All rooms also feature a TV, nightstands and unique furniture individually fitting the personality and space of each room.

TWO-ROOM SUITE
Our Two Room Suite features 2 rooms, one room with 1 Queen Bed, a private bathroom, mini fridge, and sink area. A dividing door opens up to a separate room with 1 Queen bed and private bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 people, up to 6 people can be accommodated with the addition of 1 rollaway bed in each room ($25/Night). The larger of the two rooms has a seasonal fireplace. This suite has access to a shared balcony. Please note, the rooms are road-facing. Only accessible via 3 flights of steps, no elevator access. Like the rest of the Inn, expect to see unique artwork, antique furniture and impressive colonial architecture. All rooms also feature a TV, nightstands and unique furniture individually fitting the personality and space of each room.
