THE OVERLOOK

​This venue is located in a separate building from the Main Inn. There are four beautiful recessed chandeliers, a decorative fireplace, an area for a dance floor, and a little alcove that faces Bald Mountain and Phillips Lake. This venue can hold up to 120 people with tables, chairs, and dance floor or 140 people with tables, chairs, and no dance floor.

PATIO / TENT

Attached to the Main Inn, our brick patio gives you an outdoor feeling while remaining elegant. Roll up the tent sides and enjoy the beautiful view of Phillips Lake and Bald Mountain. There is plenty of room for dancing the night away under our pre-lit tent. This venue can hold up to 180 people with tables, chairs, and dance floor.

We loved the Lucerne Inn for our wedding. For those not familiar with inn's- it's not a big city hotel with all the bells and whistles. Some of our out-of-state guests were not used the rural area and style of an inn. However, this was the perfect venue for us as Mainers: a classic New England inn, complete with stunning views and incredible food. Chelsey was a fantastic event coordinator. She was attentive and helpful through the entire process. The waitstaff was fun and accommodating. The Overlook was the perfect size for our 80 person wedding. Highly recommend!

When an unexpected thunderstorm arrived 15 minutes before our ceremony, the staff adjusted everything so we could still have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams.
