Please read ourcancellation policy carefully. In orderto avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention tothe following:

  • Guests will not be charged if the stay is cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival. 
  • If Guests cancel within 48 hours, a minimum charge of 1 night stay’s fee or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, will be charged.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged, and this will be non-refundable.

 
  Inn Info:

  1. Full payment of the reservation will be charged upon check-in. Upon check-in, you can update your payment method on file. For payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash payments or gift cards.
  2. No smoking (of Nicotine, Marijuana, or Vaping) in rooms or near the rooms including the balcony. Smoking is permitted 50 feet away from the property. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
  3. Pets are permitted per the Lucerne Inn’s pet policy. A $25 pet fee/night is charged, with a maximum charge of $100. Please call directly for further info about pet-friendly rooms. Guests will still be liable for any damage caused by the pets.
  4. We reserve the right of admission and permanence.
  5. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities during the stay.

 
DAMAGES: 

If there are any damagesto the Lucerne Inn as a result of a guest's occupancy, at the sole discretionof the inn, the guests may be responsible for the cost of resolving the damagesto the satisfaction of the Lucerne Inn.
